TrueTrak was developed using the latest Web technologies and is maintained on a platform that seamlessly integrates into our open source database back office.  TrueTrak is compatible with data from any HR Information System, Learning Management System, or other client systems.

TFP’s Client-facing 24/7 Contract Management Portal equips TFP’s Clients' senior Training/HR executives with real-time tools and reports to see the progress of their training reimbursement contract(s), prepare online reports, and communicate with your TFP engagement team. The 24/7 Contract Management Portal includes new functionality such as real-time data query and custom report preparation.

Secure Data Transfer

Secure data transfer between TFP, its Clients and Funding Programs is accommodated pursuant to Client and Funding Program requirements. TFP offers a secure HTTPS website for encrypted and secure data transmissions as well as other options such as secure FTP for an alternative data transmission method. All sensitive data is encrypted during transmission and while at rest in TFP’s data environment.
