What We Provide

As a trusted advisor, TFP works to identify, secure and manage training grants and incentives for our clients. We also provide consulting services to help our clients meet their workforce development goals.

Workforce Development Consulting

TFP delivers tangible value to our clients through client-specific consulting and project management services. TFP works with clients to develop programs that align with funding resources or address other workforce development areas such as needs assessments, training provider identification, learning management system search and implementation, developing internship, pre-apprenticeship, and apprenticeship programs. In addition to serving industry customers, TFP also provides services, and support to colleges, universities, workforce investment boards, and other agencies in need of third-party services.

Training Grant Funding

TFP has proven methodologies for assessing a client’s training and related funding opportunities, identifying state, federal, and local funding and incentives, and developing the competitive funding application.  TFP has extensive training grant and incentive management and expertise at the federal, state, and local levels.

Grant and Incentive Data Management & Security

TFP utilizes its proprietary True-Trak system to accurately and efficiently process data necessary for grant and incentive compliance. We utilize cloud-based technologies to process, transfer and secure data. Our security protocols include data encryption during transit and while at rest and two-factor authentication tools. Our True-Trak proprietary technology ensures accurate and secure reporting to government and other funding agencies.
