TFP is pleased to announce that it has secured workforce development funding
for five new and existing clients in July. Four of these 5 awards were
made to nonprofit healthcare organizations pursuant to special funding made
available to them by the State of California through its “Healthcare Workers
Advancement Funding” initiative. This funding will help TFP’s clients
provide important job skills training to several thousand of their new and
incumbent employees across the U.S., including Registered Nurses,
New Graduate RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and other medical skills positions.
The other award was for an industry-leading HVAC company.
Training Funding Partners supports its clients’ efforts to attract and
retain talent, thus contributing to the success of the organization. TFP
manages all pre- and post-award administrative and compliance activities, all
on a completely performance-based (contingent) fee arrangement.
