Mark brings extensive operational and executive experience to TFP. Under his leadership, TFP has significantly expanded its activities through new services and national expansion. Mark is primarily responsible for strategic planning, key partner relationships and business development. Prior to acquiring TFP in 2001, along with Julianna Kirby, Mark worked in public accounting as a partner with Deloitte, and served as CFO of a large private company. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Julianna Kirby is TFP’s Chief Operating Officer and Client Relationship Executive. She directs service delivery and client relationship management as well as company operations. Julianna consults with clients to design strategies that leverage workforce development funding available at the federal, state and local level to help develop their new hire and incumbent workforce. Additionally, she works with employers as an intermediary to the workforce system to develop workforce pipelines, career pathways and connect employers to resources for recruiting, funding and training. Julianna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from California State University Long Beach and is a Stanford Certified Project Manager.
vice president - training reimbursement
Michelle is a member of our senior client service team and is a former Training Manager with a multi-national company. She brings that key experience to bear when assisting TFP’s clients with grant application and compliance. Michelle works closely with our clients in the preparation of all required deliverables for grant applications and provides client service and account management throughout the term of the grant. Her knowledge of various funding programs and extensive experience writing competitive applications is essential to the success of the overall contract development and approval process. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Arts in Organization Development from Sonoma State University.

Chris brings extensive Information Technology and Client Service experience to the senior client service team at TFP. He is a founding member of the TFP team and is responsible for all technology matters, including developing our industry-leading, proprietary grant management reporting system, TrueTrack v4.0. Chris is a subject matter expert in managing grant compliance and works with clients to ensure optimum results on behalf of TFP’s clients. Chris holds a BS in Kinesiology from Cal-State Fullerton and an MBA, Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.

Bryan is Vice President of Business Development. An experienced new business growth officer with a history of working in the Commercial Insurance, Commercial Banking, and National Retail Industries. Skilled in cost containment, cost recovery, and innovative solutions that deliver optimal results for businesses. Bryan’s passion is bringing grant and incentive money to companies looking for creative ways to recover their costs.
Tony brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Tony performs data management, auditing and project management functions to efficiently administer state and federal workforce development grant projects. Tony’s expertise in processing and auditing large data sets using Learning Management System, Human Resource Information System data and advanced Excel skills help our clients to achieve success in their grant performance. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton.
Kerry brings 20 years of experience as a data guru to our team. His experience in management consulting, financial services and data science allows him to employ advanced Excel, SQL and Python skills to perform database management, data analysis, audit, and processing of large data sets. Kerry holds a BS degree in International Economics from Georgetown University and a PhD in Applied Econometrics from UCLA.
Mandy has 18 years of experience in all aspects of project management, with the last 6 years dedicated to workforce training development and lifecycle. Her understanding of the medical industry allows her to develop and customize training plans that help our clients with the grant process. Mandy specializes in workforce training, productivity improvement, developing trusting client relations, strategic account development and management.
Traci has several years of experience in data analytics and prior experience in corporate training and development. With a deep understanding of Excel and SQL, she provides multi-faceted support for the team through database management and report building. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
