Over 21 existing and new clients of TFP were awarded training reimbursement contracts aggregating $6+ million in 2022. These awards will help TFP’s clients provide important job skills training to several thousand of their new and incumbent employees across the U.S. The training encompasses employees in the healthcare, aerospace, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, energy, and business services industries.
Training costs to be reimbursed include asynchronous learning, traditional classroom and virtual classroom delivery, hands-on lab training, and on-the-job instruction. TFP’s clients will deliver this training using their own instructors, subject matter experts, vendors, or colleges.
TFP continues to help its clients address workforce development and training budget issues nationwide through traditional funding support, federal apprenticeship, and new grant programs.
