March 29, 2019: California’s premiere workforce development/training reimbursement funding program, known as the Employment Training Panel or “ETP”, announced a number of important changes at Friday’s Panel meeting. In summary, ETP will be reducing the maximum amount of funding that it will award for any one application, it reduced fixed fee reimbursement rates, and it announced a plan to begin processing its significant backlog of Pre-Applications, some of which were submitted as far back as September 218. All changes announced will affect new contracts, not existing contracts.
